InPractice, Inc. (“InPractice,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for InPractice and the ways we collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with our websites and other online or offline offerings.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any protected health information that is subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and its implementing regulations that we process on behalf of our customers (“Customer PHI”). Our customers’ respective notice of privacy practices govern their collection and use of this Customer PHI. Our processing of this Customer PHI is governed by the business associate agreements that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Policy. Any questions or requests relating to Customer PHI should be directed to the relevant InPractice customer responsible for the Customer PHI.

Children
Our website and Services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
If we learn that we have collected personal information about a child in violation of applicable law, we will delete that personal information as soon as possible unless we are legally required to retain it.
Whom This Privacy Policy Applies To
InPractice collects personal information from, and therefore this Privacy Policy applies to:
- individuals who visit our websites and other potential purchasers of our products (“Prospects”);
- Customers and customers’ invitees (each "User") who register to use the InPractice web-based business and content management solutions (“Services”); and
- other individuals that we interact with or otherwise collect personal information about.
You do not need to register in order to review the content on our website.
Personal Information Collected and Used by Us
We collect personal information that you provide to us, personal information we obtain automatically when you use our website or Services, and personal information that we obtain from third-party sources.

We need to communicate with our Users so as a part of signing up to become a User, we ask for the following contact information:

- your state (where applicable);
